CODICUTS repair concrete and masonry structures utilising a number of specialist repair techniques that include but are not limited to:-
- Safe cutting and breaking out damaged and spalled concrete.
- Cleaning, replacing and treatment of corroded concrete reinforcing bar with rust inhibitors
- Applying rapid set repair mortars that set in under 1 hour and increase structural strength and prevent further chemical attack.
- High strength non shrink grout to provide a continuous bed for machinery, structural steel, supports and crane rails. It is also used for securing anchor bolts, dowel bars and cables.
- Bearing pads for large beams and bridge decks that minimise friction and allow for expansion and movement.
- Installing helical tie systems to reinforce and repair masonry including the creation of structural beams
